A Roofing Sub Who
Shows Up and Delivers.

The biggest headache builders have with subcontractors isn't skill — it's reliability. Missed schedules, sloppy sites, and poor communication cost you time and client goodwill. We run a tight operation that respects your schedule and your client's property.

We've worked with residential builders, commercial GCs, and custom home contractors across the Treasure Valley. Metal roofing is what we do — and we do it in a way that makes you look good to your clients.

Metal Roofing That Runs Like a Sub Should

We understand your job doesn't stop at the roofline. Framing inspections, window schedules, interior crews — everything is sequenced. Our goal is to complete our scope on time, communicate proactively if anything changes, and leave you with a finished roof you're proud to hand off.

We offer on-site panel fabrication for standing seam projects — our roll-former comes to the job site and panels are cut to exact length, eliminating the variability and waste of pre-cut deliveries.

Schedule Commitments We Keep

We confirm start dates, communicate proactively, and don't disappear mid-project. Your schedule is our schedule.

On-Site Panel Fabrication

Our roll-forming machine comes to the job. Panels cut to exact length on-site — no over-ordering, no waste, no delivery delays.

Clean, Professional Sites

We stage material carefully, protect other trades' work, and clean up every day. Your GC reputation is on the line — we take that seriously.

Licensed & Fully Insured

License #RCE-43745. We carry general liability and workers' comp — no gaps, no exceptions. Your COI on file before work begins.

What We Need From You

We keep our side of the relationship simple. Here's what helps us deliver:

Plans or measurements ahead of bid
Confirmed schedule window 1–2 weeks out
Deck complete and dry before our start
Single point of contact on your end
Access for roll-former on standing seam jobs

Everything a Builder
Needs From a Roofing Sub.

Not just skilled installation — the operational professionalism that keeps your project moving.

Schedule Reliability

We commit to start dates and communicate early if anything threatens the timeline. No ghosting, no surprises on your schedule board.

On-Site Fabrication

Roll-former comes to your job site. Panels cut to exact length on the day of install. No waste, no delivery delays, perfect fit every time.

Licensed & Insured

RCE-43745. Full general liability and workers' comp coverage. COI provided before your first project — no chasing paperwork.

Experienced Crew

Our installation crews specialize in metal roofing. Not a generalist outfit doing shingles one week and metal the next — this is all we do.

Direct Communication

You talk to Steve, not a call center. Questions get answered same day. Changes get communicated before they become problems.

Full Service Scope

Standing seam, traditional metal, metal siding, snow retention — we cover the full envelope so you don't need a different sub for each system.

Builder Types We
Work Well With.

We've built working relationships with builders across the spectrum. Here's where we fit best.

Great Fit For…

Custom home builders specifying metal roofing
Commercial GCs with metal-clad projects
Agricultural and shop building contractors
Developers building multiple units per year
Builders looking to upgrade their roofing sub

Let's Talk First If…

Project requires shingle roofing (not our specialty)
Very large commercial scope — let's discuss capacity
Extremely tight timeline with no flexibility
How we approach new builder relationships: We'd rather have a conversation up front and make sure we're a fit than take on a project we can't execute perfectly. Call Steve directly — he'll give you a straight answer about capacity, timeline, and whether it makes sense to work together.

Builder Partnership FAQs

How far in advance do you need to be scheduled?

2–4 weeks is ideal for residential projects. Commercial or larger scope may need more lead time. Call Steve early in your planning process — it's easier to hold a slot than find one last minute.

Do you provide your COI before work begins?

Yes, always. We carry general liability and workers' comp. Just let us know your GC and additional insured requirements and we'll have the certificate to you before we mobilize.

Can you work on multiple projects at once?

Yes, within reason. Call Steve to discuss your volume and timing. We're upfront about capacity rather than overpromising and underdelivering.

Do you work on commercial projects?

Yes. Metal roofing and siding on commercial, light industrial, and agricultural structures. For very large commercial scope, let's have a conversation about fit and capacity first.

What metal roofing systems do you install on new construction?

Standing seam (on-site fabricated), through-fastened traditional metal, metal siding, and snow retention. We cover the full metal envelope.

How do I get started?
